These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexus Discord bot and the nexusbot.pro website ("the Service"). By adding Nexus to your server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nexus, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using Nexus, you represent that you meet this requirement. Use of Nexus is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their members use Nexus in compliance with these Terms.
Nexus is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. The bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances outside our control (including Discord outages or hosting issues).
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or moderation errors.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Nexus's access to any server or user at any time, without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated. You may remove Nexus from your server at any time.
Your use of Nexus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Nexus, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of Nexus after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should remove Nexus from your server.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
